When I first lost my baby, I scoured the bookstores and internet for any information that I could find about why my miscarriage happened, how I could prevent it from happening again, and why I felt so crazy out of control with my emotions after. The more information I had, the more in control I felt, and the less alone and isolated. I found it very comforting to know that other women had experienced a miscarriage before, and that I was not abnormal for grieving the baby that I had lost. I hope to offer those resources here and will be adding more and more information over the months to come, in hopes that the information will help support other mothers who are miscarrying or grieving the loss of a baby that was stillborn or lost during infancy. If you feel you have any article to add to this section, please let me know.
